Feijoa Chutney

  • 18 peeled & chopped feijoa’s
  • 3 peeled & chopped apples
  • 3 peeled & chopped onions
  • 1 dsp crushed ginger
  • 1 dsp whole cloves
  • 550gms white or brown sugar
  • 400ml vinegar brown or white
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper or dab of crushed chilli
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup sultanas or raisins

Method

Boil all together for ½ to 1 hour until thick – then bottle.
