This week we have had guests from Sweden, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, UK and Australia.
The guests from Sweden, having never been in New Zealand before thought we were like France - you have everything you could want here - great beaches, rolling countryside, beautiful scenery and great food and wine!
The guests from Belgium were two sisters and a friend who came to New Zealand cruising from Australia around NZ and then finishing in Auckland. If we had known we would have suggested they finish in Tauranga as it would have been only a 40 minute drive to us but we were not to know.These friends have been travelling together for 25 years all over the world. Asked why they chose to come to NZ they remarked " we looked at the map and saw we had not been there so here we are" just amazing and to think they found Waihi Beach - even better!
